M-Flow
FanTR’s M-Flow fans were developed for primary ventilation systems in underground mines, ensuring complete air renewal and operational safety throughout the working areas.
They can be supplied individually or as part of complete systems, including attenuators, dampers, recovery cones, curves, and bifurcations, all designed according to aerodynamic efficiency principles.
FanTR’s axial primary fans meet design requirements with pressure and flow performance equivalent to many traditional centrifugal fan models.
This makes them ideal for mining applications, offering an efficient, robust, and economical solution, with lower energy consumption and reduced maintenance costs.
The M-Flow line has evolved to deliver greater structural strength and new application possibilities. Enhancements include reinforced plates and protection screens, blades with three-times higher edge resistance, and optimized rotors that ensure stable performance even under severe conditions.
An improved cooling system increases motor durability, while the new flange mounting design for models up to 1400 mm allows the use of higher-power motors.
Specific versions are also available for operations above 1500 meters altitude, maintaining consistent efficiency and reliability in all environments.
The WEGScan Bluetooth monitoring system completes the package, offering greater autonomy, rechargeable battery, and real-time monitoring of temperature and vibration.
The result is a high-performance, reliable, and efficient fan, ideal for the most demanding mining operations.
