He has 20 years of experience in industrial ventilation and is the technical manager of FanTR, engineering, research & development.

Technology Director

Engineer with a degree in Mechanics from the University of São Paulo (USP). With a professional career focused on rotating machines, he worked for major companies such as GE and TGM Turbinas as a specialist and product development engineer. He has been working in the field of industrial ventilation/product development for 12 years. He is also responsible for the Quality department, and currently serves as Technology Director.

Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Aeronautics from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), specializing in turbofan-type aircraft turbine projects and the vacuum infusion process of composite materials. Degree in Marketing from Esamc – School of Administration, Marketing and Communication. He has 17 years of experience in project management and technical sales.

Accountant with a degree from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP) and training as a Business Manager from FGV’s OneMBA. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial, accounting and tax areas in national and multinational companies.

Quality & Process Director

Engineer with a degree in Aeronautics from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), M.Sc. degree also from ITA and MBA degrees in Management and Product Engineering from USP-SP and Project Management from FGV. He developed his career over more than 20 years in the manufacturing of large-scale wind turbine rotor blades, working in the areas of materials, product development, industrialization, and quality. At FanTR, he is responsible for the Quality and Industrial departments.

Product Technology and Application Manager

Physical engineer with a degree from the Federal University of São Carlos and an MBA in business management from FGV. Professional experience developed in R&D and Engineering at Embrapa and Tecumseh. Worked at Metalfrio Solutions Applied Thermodynamics as a Product and Application Engineer. He has been working in the industrial ventilation market since 2008.

She graduated from the University of Sorocaba (Uniso) in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV. She has 12 years of experience in international logistics, 8 years of experience in industrial ventilation at FanTR, and is in charge of the Foreign Trade, Purchasing and Contracts departments.

She has a degree in HR Administration and post-graduate work in Organizational Psychology. She has 20 years of experience as an HR professional, with generalist experience in both HR and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), having worked in national and multinational industries of all sizes and in Corporate HR with reports and international projects.

He has a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista (Unip) and an MBA in Industrial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He has over 21 years of experience in the production of composite materials for industrial ventilation and wind turbine blades, in addition to numerous production and people management courses such as Kaizen, 5s and Transforming Leadership. Responsible for all production stages of the manufacturing process.

Throughout his career, he has led the definition and implementation of commercial strategies aimed at developing new markets and strengthening customer loyalty, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability projects. He has solid expertise in technologies applied to mining and HVAC systems.

He began his career 20 years ago working with wind tunnel projects and since then has worked in research and development of ventilation systems, axial fans, experimental design and composite materials. He has concluded several specialized courses in product testing and validation, structural analysis, aerodynamics, CFD (computational fluid dynamics), automation and control.

For over 10 years, he has led industrial and process engineering projects and teams, driving the development of new methods, materials, and technologies for the manufacturing of axial fans — combining technical expertise in composites, structural analysis, and innovation.

Automation Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Engineering of Sorocaba (FACENS), with 8 years of experience in the design of measurement and sensing systems for axial fans and in conducting normative tests. He has been part of FanTR for over a decade, leading product validation and testing activities, combining technical expertise in composites, automation, and innovation to ensure high performance and reliability of the equipment.
