Maintenance Training for Mining Fans

On September 12th and 13th, 2023, our mining fan maintenance training took place, held in person at our headquarters.

What was the agenda?

The training focused on learning assembly, adjustment, angle checking, and torqueing for mining fans. Participants also had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of inspection routines, including fan blades, motor, and motor adjustments.

During the learning sessions, the emphasis was on balancing, and participants completed the second part of the training, initiated on the first day, which covered automation, including reading, interpretation, and analysis of results.

Training participants also had the presence of Carlos Celmin, President of FanTR, and General Manager Daniel Strauss.

Those who joined us for these 2 days of training were able to get hands-on experience to learn techniques that will be useful in their daily work, as well as gain a better understanding of the features and best practices of our equipment.
