MINING VENTILATION RETROFIT | ERO MINING – PILAR MINE CASE (EN)

At the Pilar Mine, operated by Ero Mining, FanTR carried out a complete refurbishment of a fan originally supplied by another manufacturer. The project included structural reinforcement of the casing, rotor replacement, aerodynamic retrofitting, and the supply of a new recovery cone. The result was an almost brand-new piece of equipment, with an operating point correctly adjusted to the mine’s actual requirements, ensuring higher efficiency, reliability, and operational performance. This case highlights FanTR’s expertise in delivering customized ventilation solutions, even for third-party equipment.
